Biodiversity: beech martins project
Installation of artificial nests at the front of our factory
- Details
In collaboration with the students and teachers of the Grand-Val school association, the Ornithological Society of Moutier and other partners, we have installed new artificial nests at the front of our factory.
Through this initiative, we aim to support and strengthen “our” swallow colony, and we are already looking forward to their return this spring.

Our contribution to biodiversity
- Details
A colony of beech martins has been nesting under the eaves of our company for many years.
Over the last 30 years, it is estimated that the population of this species in Switzerland has fallen by more than a third. The disappearance of nesting sites and a lack of food are the main causes of this population decline. This species is on the priority list for bird conservation of the Swiss Ornithological Institute and BirdLife Switzerland.
In collaboration with specialist bird conservation associations, we intend to take all the necessary measures to strengthen and develop this colony.
It's a project that's starting now, and you'll be able to follow its progress over the next few years. More information...
